About SiteSeer
We build the recordconstruction never had.
SiteSeer Technologies is a Nairobi team of engineers, builders and designers. We started on our own sites, and we build the tools we wished we had on them.
Our story
SiteSeer began with a simple question on a building site in Nairobi: how far along are we, really? The answer was spread across email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets and people's memories. So we built one place where the drawings, the orders, the claims, the payments and the site itself agree.
Trusted on site
Trusted by developers,on real projects.
From a cluster of homes to a full development, the teams below run their sites, payments and approvals on one verified record.

Four ideas behind everything we ship.
Verified, not reported
A number is only as good as the evidence behind it. Everything in SiteSeer is checked against the site.
Built for how sites run
WhatsApp, Excel and JBC certificates are how Kenyan projects work. We fit around them instead of replacing them.
Every party on one record
Developer, consultants, contractors, suppliers, banks and buyers each see their part of the same truth.
Your data, your permissions
Each party sees only what is theirs or shared with them, and nothing is sent on your behalf without your confirmation.
