We currently do not provide end-user accounts on the marketing site. Any future gated features will include additional terms or notices. Access may be revoked or rate-limited to preserve security and service integrity.

We may suspend or restrict access without notice for suspected abuse, legal compliance or security reasons. Sections intended to survive (IP, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law) continue after termination.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Siteseer is organized, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes will be in competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
